Returns
Should you want to return your order, there will be restocking and freight fees that you will be responsible for for returned goods. You will have 30 days from the date of delivery, for most Pro Clear products, to request a return. Items must be in like-new, sellable condition, and in season. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged you may be eligible to receive a new, replacement aquarium. Please note that any damages, exterior or interior, noticed upon delivery must be reported in the Bill of Lading/Proof of Delivery form and should also be reported within 24 hours for the claim to be valid.
